The Group Doryssa Hotels & Resorts in Pithagoreio, Samos is seeking to recruit a Captain for the Hotel Doryssa Seaside Resort 5* for Season 2023.
Doryssa Hotels & Resorts is a hotel group currently owning and operating seven properties in Samos Island ranging from 3 to 5-stars and a total of approximately 600 keys.

Qualifications:
- 3 years working experience in a similar position, in luxury hotel environment
- Tourism or corresponding school degree
- Proven professional experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of fine dining service standards and procedures
- Advanced organisational and negotiation skills
- Τeam leadership
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- High performance in fast-paced environment
- Target-oriented and guest-oriented approach
- Excellent knowledge and use of English
- Strong understanding of operational controls, budgeting and scheduling
Responsibilities:
- Implementing agreed upon food & beverage policy and procedures throughout the property
- Ensuring compliance with all food & beverage policies, standards and procedures
- Maintaining food handling and sanitation standards
- Interacting with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels
- Responding effectively to guest problems and complaints
